The Committee on Small Business will meet for a hearing titled, “SBA Management Review: Small Business Investment Company Program.” The hearing is scheduled to begin at 11:30 A.M. on Thursday, September 26, 2019 in Room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building. This hearing will examine the SBA’s Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) Program. As the Committee continues to explore the issue of access to capital, this hearing will provide Members the opportunity to hear directly from government and private witnesses about the program and its operations.
