The Committee on Small Business will hold a markup of legislation to amend the following measures. The markup will be held at 9:45 A.M. ET on Thursday, September 14, 2023, in room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building.
The items that will be marked up include: • The Main Street Competes Act • H.R. 5265- The Small Business Administration Rural Performance Report Act • H ____: A bill to amend the Small Business Act to enhance the Office of Rural Affairs, and for other purposes. • H ____: A bill to require the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to provide a link to resources for submitting reports on suspected fraud relating to certain COVID–19 loans. • H ____: A bill to prohibit individuals convicted of defrauding the Government from receiving any assistance from the Small Business Administration, and for other purposes. * Additional legislation may be added for consideration Markup Notice |
