Washington, D.C.— Today, House Small Business Committee Chairwoman Nydia M. Velázquez (D-NY) announced that all scheduled House Small Business Committee hearings for March would be postponed due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
"During a public health crisis, it is vital that we take the utmost precautions to protect members of Congress, congressional staff, and the public," said Chairwoman Velázquez. "We are committed to taking whatever steps are necessary to protect against the virus as we keep working to ensure that small businesses have the resources necessary to weather this crisis."
